Aromatherapy Massage using essential oils blends that have been specially selected to work with your own body emotional and physical needs. This massage is soothing and calming. Designed to help to feel more balanced and at peace  - like a full body reset. 

Light Touch Therapy (Oncology Massage) This massage uses very gentle touch designed to help tap into the parasympathetic system to allow the body to relax, slow and calm the mind. Giving a feeling of being nurtured and held. Using slow rhythmical massage techniques and completely safe for anyone with a compromised immune system. Suitable for anyone living with or post Cancer, Long covid, Fibromyalgia, Multiple sclerosis and those suffering with Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. 

Oncology Restore Scar Specialist A specialist treatment to help anyone with a scar no matter how old. The fibres of ascar can often creat a pulling sensation or numbness, excess fluid in the area and and feeling of being pinned down which can be released with specialist massage techniques.

Myofascial Release Massage a specialised treatment that releases restrictions in your body's fascia or connective tissues. The treatment is combined with my other massage techniques and can leave you feeling freer and lighter. This technique can increase energy levels and help restore muscle function and relieve physical and emotional strain. it increases your bodies own restorative powers by improving circulation and nervous system transmission. 

Swedish Massage using Grapeseed or Sweet Almond Oil with long stokes and kneading to target deep layers of muscles and soft tissue, while also manipulating your joints to release any tension stored in the body.

Deep Tissue Massage a deeper massage that focuses on releasing the deeper restrictions of muscles, tendons and ligaments allowing the free flow of nutrients and oxygen to the blood. A deep tissue massage can be relaxing, my massage is always measured to your own personal comfort and for effectiveness and without force.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellations much be made 24 hours prior to treatment. There will be a fee of £20 for cancellations with less than 12 hours notice. We try to be flexible and we understand things do go wrong in life, but if you fail to attend your appointment then the full fee will be charged.
